Don't Be Nice has been chosen as an Official Selection to open the Guelph Film Festival in Ontario, CA. This special screening is presented in partnership with Guelph Spoken Word, and is also part of the official programming of the 15th Canadian Festival of Spoken Word. Don’t Be Nice will screen at 6:30pm Thursday, November 1st at 10C,42 Carden Street, Guelph, ON, N1H 3A2.

One of the world’s first documentary film festivals, the Guelph Film Festival is dedicated to inspiring community engagement and appreciation of the arts by connecting people through stories of global reach and local relevance. Our festival is one of the longest-running film festivals in the country. We enjoy a solid and growing reputation as a dynamic and exciting showcase of new documentaries and for providing an exciting festival experience for the city of Guelph and its surrounding region.

Each year we feature a selection of global documentaries and short videos that focus on social justice, the environment and community building. The Guelph Film Festival is also dedicated to ensuring that all its films are financially and physically accessible. Many of our screenings are pay-what-you-can, keeping the festival affordable for all.
